PP电磁阀是聚丙烯一种热塑性塑料材质，有优良的耐酸碱耐蚀性，对非氧化性的酸（如稀硫酸、盐酸、氢氟酸）、稀硝酸、碱 和盐溶液都有良好的耐蚀性，耐大多数的有机和无机酸、碱、盐类，耐常温下的多种有机溶剂。耐温性高，采用PP材料制造的 聚丙烯PP电磁阀。

产品特点：

聚丙烯PP电磁阀，是由一种半结晶的热塑性塑料制造而成，外观呈淡乳白色，具有良好的耐热性，能在100℃高温进行消毒灭 菌，在不受外力的情况下，150℃也不变形；具有较好的耐冲击性，机械性质强韧，抗各种腐蚀介质耐酸碱，长期使用在80℃ 以下能耐除氧化性外的一般无机酸、碱、盐、气体、水等的腐蚀流体。它对极性有机溶剂和强极性的羧酸、醇类有较大的抗溶剂 能力。少数氧化性酸在浓度较高时对其有较大的腐蚀作用。有一定的刚度和强度，适用温度为0～80℃

PP化工电磁阀工作原理：

 常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开；当线圈断电时，先导 阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。 常开：当线圈通电时，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧 复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。
