Black oxidation is a surface treatment method of chemical reaction on the surface of INA bearing steel. Black oxide layer is formed when parts are immersed in alkaline brine solution at working temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius.

For this reason, the oil circuit of bearing seat was improved, and the oil injector was added to the inner side of INA bearing seat (towards the roll body) to improve the grease injection effect. 装配大轴承及轴承与轴、座孔间隙大的产品时，bi须用油浴加热轴承，油浴温度约80℃。
When assembling large bearings and products with large clearance between bearings and axles and seat holes, Bi must use oil bath to heat bearings, and the oil bath temperature is about 80 C.
拆卸INA轴承时，bi须使用专用绘图工具。严禁用铁制工具直接敲打轴承。
When disassembling INA bearings, Bi must use special drawing tools. It is strictly forbidden to tap bearings directly with iron tools.
在装配和拆卸轴承时，应避免滚动部件和保持架受力或变形。
When assembling and disassembling bearings, force or deformation of rolling parts and cages should be avoided.
